What happens if I'm not here when the order arrives?

If you are not present when the package arrives, the carrier will leave a card or call to tell you where it is. It can be in a safe place, or a card detailing how to pick up or reschedule a shipment. I received the wrong order. What should I do?

We will immediately resolve any problems with incorrect projects.

Please contact our customer service and provide the order number, incorrect product name and number.

We'll email you back as soon as possible and try to help you out.

Returns:

Return request must be sent to us within 7 days of the order package arrived. Please check when you signed for your parcel before posting. We are 100% sure 4 days is enough to make sure the item is fit or not, need or not.

Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will be refused - no exceptions.

Please note: we don't accept try on returns. That's mean if you only want one item, but you buy two or more to have a try and then you want to return the one/ones you don't want. At this condition, we don't accept this return request.

Final sale items are not returnable. All shipping fees are at the customer expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.



Cancellation:

Cancel within 2 days, you will get 100% refund;
While more than 2 days, you will get 70% refund. Hope you can understand that fabric,workmanship and time we used on the dress.
Once an order has been shipped it can't be canceled.
